Common Questions

I deliver STL files optimized for printing. Standard and Premium packages also include OBJ files. All files are tested for printability before delivery.

Yes — just tell me your printer type and I'll optimize wall thickness, overhangs, and supports accordingly. I work with Creality, Bambu, Elegoo, Anycubic, and most common printers.

Commercial rights are included in the Premium package. Basic and Standard are for personal use only. You can add commercial rights as an add-on to any package.

Reference images work best — photos, drawings, or sketches. The more visual reference you give, the more accurate the result. I'll ask clarifying questions during the brief stage.

Every file is tested before delivery. If you encounter an issue caused by model geometry (not slicer settings or printer calibration), I'll fix it for free — no questions asked.
